As a group we are committed to making the club democratic and accountable, not just in the initial stages but in the weeks, months and years as we grow and develop. Here are some further commitments you have from us:
– Elected Committee
As is common place in fan run club, we will have a committee, elected by you. This will ensure decisions are always taken in the best interests of the club, on behalf of its members and the wider community.
When we have significant decisions to make we want this to be wider than just the committee. Our first vote will be to decide the clubs badge. Keep an eye out for this!
– Constitution
To give everyone confidence in how the committee is run and decisions are made we will follow other fan run clubs by having a full constitution.
